A cancer survivor, family man, and entrepreneur with two decades of building teams, driving sales, and helping leaders thrive from their genius zone.
Throughout the years of successes and mistakes, I learned early on that one of my greatest joys and keys to success was my ability to help others succeed. Not only did this help fuel my success, it also fostered leadership development, team culture, authentic connections, growth mindset, and having fun along the way.
Ascend Xperience Coaching & Consulting is a result of following that same passion, now at a deeper level.
With over twenty years in the mortgage business, I have built a career as a sales driver, business strategist, and agile leader. I have built teams from the ground up, merged companies, created partnerships, and yes, broken some apart amicably when the time was right.

My mission is helping you succeed on purpose and in your design. Not a copy of someone else's playbook, but a strategy built around who you are, how you lead, and the results you want to create.
